Respack has given out 100,000 pieces of face masks to 10 secondary and primary schools in the Kuala Muda region in a recent collaborated effort with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP)
The handover ceremony was held at SMK Bandar Puteri Jaya on Thursday, 13 August 2020 with the presence of Mr Mazlan Safar, head of the KPDNHEP Sungai Petani branch and all schools principals which include SMK Bandar Puteri Jaya, SMK Sungai Pasir Kechil, SMK Bakar Arang, SMK Tunku Ismail, SMK Gurun, SMK Dulang, SMK Tokai, SK Tunku Ismail, SK Taman Sri Wang and SK Tengku Intan.
“We believe that the masks will ease the burden of parents who need to provide a piece of new mask every day for every schooling child, and we hope that this contribution will also enable the students to continue learning in a safe environment,” Managing Director Mr CK Wan says.
