Respack continues our efforts in providing support to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic with our recent donation of 100,000 pieces of face mask to the local government and authorities of the Kuala Muda district, which was recently hit by an increase in cases due to the spread in the Kota Setar prison.
The masks were received on the 4th of October 2020 by Kuala Muda District Officer En Rozaimie Abd Rahim with the presence of En Mazlan Safar, head of the Sungai Petani Branch, Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs.
The masks were then distributed to government agencies such as doctors and nurses at the frontline, the local city council, government health service and the security forces.
“Respack is committed to continuing to partner with the Malaysian government in fighting the Covid-19 outbreak,” Managing Director Mr CK Wan says.
“Our priority at this stage is to support the government to battle the ongoing pandemic, while working hard to ensure a continuing supply of quality surgical mask to the local market”.
