💙 RESPACK Strengthens Menstrual Health Awareness at SJK C Yu Hua Kajang
RESPACK recently carried out a menstrual health education session at SJK C Yu Hua Kajang, aimed at helping upper primary school girls gain a better understanding of puberty, personal hygiene, and self-confidence during their growing years. The session was conducted in a positive and engaging environment, allowing students to learn comfortably and with confidence.
Throughout the programme, students were introduced to the physical and emotional changes that occur during adolescence. The session helped them recognise menstruation as a natural and normal part of life, while encouraging the development of good hygiene practices and a confident mindset in managing their daily routines.
A key highlight of the session was an interactive sharing by the ACTIV team. Students were guided on the proper use of ACTIV sanitary pads, including ACTIV Ultra Thin Pads, which are designed for comfort, reliable protection, and a slim fit suitable for active school days. The team also demonstrated correct usage techniques, appropriate changing habits, and proper disposal methods to ensure students are well-prepared.
To further reinforce their learning, each participant received a sample pack to take home. This provided them with the opportunity to become more familiar with the products and apply their knowledge in their daily lives. The session also encouraged open communication, allowing students to ask questions and gain a clearer understanding of menstrual health.
